The clients purchased this home in original condition; (think green carpet in the kitchen) and wanted to completely transform it into something modern and eye-catching.

An ensuite was incorporated into the upper floor and a pool was added to the front as well as completely transforming the entire interior and building a new facade to the front.

The previous layout lacked street appeal and a clear defined entry so a new entry was built with a path leading from  the street and open carport into an entry lobby which accessed both the main living areas upstairs and also a self contained area downstairs that can be used as an entertaining area leading onto the pool deck, or a separate guest room when visitors come to stay.

The exterior utilises the natural finish Weathertex cladding for a timber look which works well with the dark painted walls and corten accents.
