OUR FEE
SCHEDULE

We like to be as transparent as possible. We offer our initial consultation free of charge and at this meeting we can discuss your project in detail before providing a fixed fee proposal. This will include all associated costs such as engineer, council fees & other consultants required to complete the project, so that you know exactly what the design & documentation phase of your project will cost up front.

As an indication, our fees will generally be around 3-4% of construction cost for a new home and 4-5% for renovations & extensions, with other associated costs in addition to this.

 

We offer a personalised service, spending more time with you to cover all aspects of the design to create the best possible outcome. We are qualified Building Designers which means we are QBCC licensed and fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. We keep up with industry standards and education which ensures we are best placed to provide a high quality service.

To ensure that we can offer the best possible service to each and every one of our clients we limit the number of projects we take on per year.
