We believe in transparency, that's why your initial consultation is free of charge. During this meeting, we'll dive deep into your project, and afterward, we'll provide a fixed-fee proposal.

 

This proposal covers all associated costs – including engineer and council fees, and other necessary consultants – so you'll know the exact cost of your design and documentation phase upfront.

Typically, our design fees range from 3-4% of construction costs for new homes and 4-5% for renovations and extensions, with additional associated costs.

As QBCC-licensed Building Designers, we're fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance and stay current with industry standards to provide top-quality service. To maintain this high standard, we intentionally limit the number of projects we undertake annually.
