Having designed their previous residence, we were tasked with creating a new home for these clients that offered a more manageable size. While aiming for a reduction in rooms, the concept still prioritised a feeling of spaciousness. Breathtaking views graced both sides of the property, inspiring a design that incorporated verandahs on two sides. This allows the homeowners to enjoy the outdoors year-round, regardless of the time of day or weather conditions.
