Mission Beach

This new home has been design for a couple that like pavilion style living and don’t need a large home. They own a caravan which they needed room for, as well as providing a solid cyclone shelter area due to the home being in a cyclone risk area.

The pavilion layout of the home gives large open spaces between, including roofed decks and walkways. This allows for maximum window openings to all walls and the covered walkway still allows access between all buildings, which is important in the high rainfall area of North Queensland.

The elevated home has lots of louvre windows and large doors allow for capturing the great breezes and views on the site.
